I am never a fan of fast food as I love eating but I do watch what I put in my body. Not too much fried, oily, sweet and salty but stumbled upon this article earlier in the advertising and marketing online magazine.
KFC is launching their “Everyday Value Starts at RM 4.95 where they target budget conscious working adult lunch crowd.
The three sets being extensively promoted includes the Famous Bowl (Set A) at RM 4.95, Colonel Burger Stacker (Set B), and Colonel Rice Plate (Set C) at RM 5.95 each.
Just out of curiosity, I went to their website to take a look and this is what I saw
I was trying to figure out what set A is. It looks interesting and it looks like my favourite KFC dish, the mash potato.
And so I searched for the famous bowl and to my delight! Here are the three different bowls!
Mash potato bowl, Rice bowl and Chicken and Biscuit Bowl.
When I saw Mash Potato Bowl, I almost never bother looking at the rest but find out more bout this bowl.

So at least now I know what to eat when the boyfriend wants some fast food. Which is not often as I have made him scared of unhealthy stuffs :p
the mash is nice… my fav too.. but sweet corns?!! nahhhhhh… someone has to pick it out for me if i’m gonna enjoy that dish. heh!
