OMG my answer superbly...Today went for lunch with Damian and his mum (Aunt Ros). Headed to Mine’s for Subway and Aunt Ros was telling me about this Korean show she was watching and how hooked she was that she finished all seven episodes in a sing week! WOW. Must be real good.
I myself used to follow this Korean series called Stairways to Heaven on 8tv. And ever since, I’ve concluded that Korean series are way better than the very predictable Hong Kong series that I’ve been watching all my life till…bout 17 or 18.
So after lunch, we went to Speedy to check out some Korean series. Honestly, it’s the first time I am shopping for series vcd/dvd. Was looking through and saw Full House. Another one of my fav Korean series. Really don’t mind watching that again. We browsed for quite some time and Damian was like asking us to hurry up. haha. Coz we were choosing and only consider those with handsome hunks and pretty chicks. haha! Finally, Aunt Ros decided to get this super famous series, Winter Sonata. Now I get that on weekends

On the way home we had this conversation…
Me: Actually Korean series much better than Hong Kong series. But always cry one la. haha!
Aunt Ros: I can only watch when Aunt Mag not watching tv (Aunt Mag (Damian’s Aunt) watches all kinds of series from malay to chinese to hokkien). She likes horror movies.
Me: Ya lor…I don’t like. So scary and she watch at night summore..
Aunt Ros: Ya! I also don’t like it. Pay to get myself frightened.
Me: *nods. totally agrees* *pause* But it’s OK to pay and cry?
Aunt Ros: At least I don’t get frightened.
HAHAHAHAHA! I think that was pretty funny. But I couldn’t agree more. Will never pay to get frightened.
OK gonna get ready for that special dinner now…
Korean series sucks!
Horror movies will always remind me of this friend i have. She likes watching it at night, and someone commenting that horror movies at night leads to nightmares. Then she said that the only nightmares she has is not having enough money! HAHAHAHA, so materialistic, i’ll never forget

actually, one of the prejudments on korean dramas is that its all about crying…but thats very wrong!! its just that those “crying” dramas seems to attract non-korean viewers…you can watch korean dramas at http://www.mysoju.com
i would suggest Beethovan Virus, a very nice drama =) Hope you have the time to check it out =)
